Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tutoria Washington (“Company”) is an independent tutoring and academic support service. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any public or private schools, school districts, colleges, universities, testing agencies, government agencies or other educational institutions. References to curricula, examinations, or institutions are for informational purposes only.

All tutoring and academic support services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding academic performance, grades, test scores, course outcomes, or acceptance into any academic program or institution. Results vary based on individual student effort, attendance, participation, prior knowledge, and factors beyond the Company’s control.

Tutoring services are supplemental in nature and are not a substitute for classroom instruction, teacher guidance, school-based interventions, special education services, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), 504 plans, psychological evaluations, or licensed educational, medical, or mental health professionals.

Homework assistance is provided solely for instructional and learning support. Students remain fully responsible for the completion, accuracy, and submission of all academic work and for compliance with school academic integrity and honor code policies.

Test preparation services are intended to assist with content review and test familiarity only. The Company does not administer, proctor, score, or control any examinations and has no affiliation with any testing organizations. All examinations are administered and evaluated by independent third parties.

Online tutoring services may utilize third-party platforms and technologies. The Company shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform-related errors beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tutoria Washington, its owners, tutors, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of tutoring services.

Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring student progress, academic requirements, and communication with schools or educational institutions.By enrolling in or using the services of Tutoria Washington, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.
